Executive Development Centre (EDC) was honoured to invite Ms Scarlett Tsoi (EDC Adjunct Lecturer, a columnist and a psychologist) to deliver “Effective Skills on Managing Complaint and Difficult Personalities” course on 20 December, 2017, at the HSMC campus. 

This course provided useful and powerful tips and information on how to handle difficult customers, which turns crises into opportunities. Ms Tsoi shared a comprehensive set of skills to deal with grievances and through interaction and various approaches, participants learnt to reduce conflict effectively and enhanced their communication skills.
